Konvex has two environments: production and sandbox. Use the sandbox environment to get familiarised with API behaviour; use the production environment to start with your clients uses cases.
Important: Sandbox is only for products in basic subscriptions like Siigo or Alegra, for SAP Business One, Quickbooks, Netsuite or Dynamics 365 integrations is necessary contact with sales

If you don't have the accounting software credentials and require access to Siigo or Alegra, you can get access by emailing [email protected]. We facilitate the credentials for access and testing for the different software.
